Screen had some scratches though.

Bought an iPhone, looked great and shipping was fast. There was a problem with the phone (i.e. it couldn't make or receive calls) and I was helped both by my carrier and Apple to no avail. At first the seller was eager to help, but after the realization hit that the actual phone was the problem, the seller stopped responding. I had to return it through PayPal, wouldn't even work with me on the return. I did get my money back, but dismal busying experience for sure.

There was a problem with the phone and it had to be returned. I tried multiple times to contact the seller to get return information through swappa and paypal with no response. I finally sent the phone back by the return address on the box that it arrived in. I received a refund 3 days after he received the phone back. I purchased the phone August 6th, I received the refund August 20th. I will not buy from this seller again because he refuses to communicate with you if there is a problem with the device.

The phone had slight cosmetic damages that I wouldn't consider mint condition, but it was shipped quickly and securely. I would have also liked the phone to have some charge when it arrived, but sometimes devices lose their charge.

phone had a bad digitizer and the touch screen doesn't work. If I had opened it when it was received, I would have sent it back. Unfortunately, I waited several weeks to check it due to family circumstances, so I got stuck. There is no way the seller did not know this phone was defective. Beware.

I would rather give a zero-star rating for this seller. Very careless, doesnt reply until Swappa intervenes and he doesn't stand by what he says. He kept me waiting for 2 weeks and cancelled the order. When I was understanding of the situation, he took advantage of it. Please look for better options.

Device arrived with new iOS installed and ready to be reset and signed into. Minimal scratches and scuffs. Great condition iPhone 7. Only thing I would change is I'd rather have iOS reset completely and device turned off for shipping. Besides that 5 stars!

Unfortunately didn't have a positive experience with this buyer. I had purchased a phone described in "mint" condition and received a phone with scratches on it. According to other reviews for this seller, this kind of situation has happened before.
I offered to keep the phone for a price reduction but he preferred a refund which become complicated, resulting in me having to open a dispute and claim with PayPal. After a month and a half of trying to get my money back, but luckily being protected by Paypal, I was finally reimbursed. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!

Bought a sprint iPhone 6s and when i took it to the store it would only get 3G and no LTE. They told me because it wasn’t originally a sprint phone. So i bought a new phone and told the seller the problem and needed a refund just to get blown off in the end.
