Device was okay and transaction was quick, but seller did not respond to post sale concern.

The phone was received in as expected condition, and the seller was responsive to messages. Being a little quicker to get to the post office to ship would've earned them the 5th star, and otherwise I am satisfied.

I have never had a worse experience on Swappa, and maybe from an online retailer, period. Kal sold me a phone that was unusable due to a financial hold from Sprint. Instead of apologizing or showing any sense of customer service at all, he told me I was wrong and called me "toxic" for complaining that the phone he sold me wouldn't work.

After messaging Swappa, calling Swappa, and writing to Swappa on social media, they finally intervened and told Kal to provide a shipping solution at not cost to myself. After paying for shipping myself, I finally received the refund Kal. However it was only for the price of the phone, and not the shipping.

There are lots of phones on Swappa, Glyde, and other sites. There's no need to buy from this seller and experience the same headache I did.

Fast shipping! Received iPhone 7 same week as ordered and in flawless condition as stated by seller. Screen was perfect works fine and. Is active. So far no problems and I have checked for everything. Seller is very responsive and provided necessary information on item being sold. Update 11/11/18 phones serial number is no longer active due to a replacement being filed on the phone after it was sold. Now I can’t send in for repairs cuz it was already replaced wasn’t notified of this problem.

He is selling defective phones ! I got 2 phone from him. One battery kept dying he sent me a new one and the front camera doesn’t work. I asked him to refund 65 of my payment cause I found someone to fix it and he decided he doesn’t want to. Purchase from him With CAUTION AND THRU PAYPAL ONLY. I WOULD NOT BUY NOTHING FROM HIM !
