This is my first purchase on Swappa and it went very well. The resources they provided made the transaction very easy. I also wanted to give kudos to the seller Karl B. The condition of the phone was right on. I also like that Karl provided more information than the typical seller and found it very helpful. Some example of this included the condition of various components (not just an overall condition), that the phone had only original parts, no repair of refurbishment, and the currently running iOS. Overall very happy. Much better than buying a new phone.
