Purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max, but received a different device that did not match the listing and did not power on. I contacted the seller immediately, but no resolution was offered. I had to escalate through PayPal to obtain a refund, which required returning the item at my own expense. The process was time-consuming and costly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this seller.

I received this phone on 1/9/26 and the phone was in the condition it was stated in! It didn't come with a powder adapter nor a cable but the phone itself works perfectly! It's smooth, fast, and it has all original parts! Overall, this phone is great!

Listed sale price was competitive respective to described condition and included 3-Month Cellular Service Plan; however, the fact that item condition does not quite fit description and that cellular service deal is not compatible with item (iPhone 14 Pro Max) pursuant internal/unremovable SIM card… diminishes my overall rating and review (Neutral - 3 1/2 of 5 stars).
