Every thing was good beside the phone saying being “mint”, but came with a few scratches on the screen. Which would have classified it as (good condition)

I've purchased dozens of phones this past decade without issue, but this is the worst experience I’ve had by far. For weeks the seller claimed that I caused damage that they did not notice before listing the phone. The device had an unsightly screen burn-in defect at low brightness that was not visible in the listing pictures, as the listing had pictures of the device at high brightness. It was a shame as the phone was in otherwise great condition. I notified the seller who initially offered to give me a refund if Apple couldn’t repair the device (Apple did not). The seller then suddenly refused to give me a refund for the defective device. I feel duped. I ended up having to buy an express replacement from Apple.
