received the device in a "jiffy" yellow bubble wrap envelope. Was slightly horrified seeing as i work at a sort center and I see how the packages are treated, but not damaged and works fine. Suggestion: wrap the phone in bubble wrap and put it into the jiffy.

The phone arrived just as described. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I expected it to be packaged a bit better/safer. It was just in a padded envelope, which is alright I guess, but I could definitely see it breaking during shipment if it were to be dropped in the package.

Phone was exactly as described: Flawless and never activated (not so much as an old thumbprint on it). Charged it up, activated with a new SIM card, and it's working perfectly. Beautiful phone with more memory than I'll need. This was an excellent overall experience and an incredible value for a new iPhone. I highly recommend this seller!
