Rapid shipping was appreciated. A little more communication with the buyer would be nice. Confirmation of any information different than normal would be appreciated. This went to my Sister-in-Law at a different address, but I wasn't sure the seller had gotten that information. Otherwise, excellent seller.

Item is as advertised. Very pleased with the phone. Communication was a little lagging from the seller, but it was a pleasant transaction. Will do business with again.

If Swappa's feedback ratings were not inflated (i.e. requiring a transaction in which a, "sale was not completed successfully, but the seller was reasonably accommodating" to be rated a 3/5) I would rate this a 2-star situation.

The seller was pleasant, but I got a phone with a gnarly screen burn, had to return it (about $11 to ship with tracking/insurance) and got my refund after a few days rather than when the seller received the returned phone.

Paid $11 to experience buying and returning a phone. Not a 3/5-star experience.

This device is not in "Mint" Condition. Many signs of wear on the screen and even some scratches on the body. I would say its in good condition but the phone works fine and thats the bottom line so i am happy.
