I've given a 4 over a 5 just because I assumed "new in plastic" was the full box wrapped in plastic and not just the phone- and the phone alone. Not one accessory included! Haha, so I guess the description is correct, although a bit deceptive

Sarah was responsive, but lacked communication when there appeared to be an issue with the phone at first. Packing for the phone was less than desired also. Didn't offer much protection. Phone is as advertised and I'm happy with that.

Received iPad as described, brand new condition and shipped fast...but I'm cutting 1 star out of rating for sending aftermarket lightning cable and one more star for careless packaging of iPad which could have possibly led to damage of iPad...

Everything went smooth and the device is in good condition. The only complaint I had was that the listing stated that the device would have been shipped with 2 day priority but it was shipped with 3 day priority. Other than that great experience.

iPad Pro 9.7" arrived in excellent condition. Extremely close to mint. Everything works great. Warranty is valid for as long as I was told before purchasing. Seller was fairly responsive and shipped out my item the next day after payment with a tracking number. My only complaint is that the packing for the iPad was TERRIBLE. The iPad was sent rattling around a box much too big with ONE THIN LAYER OF BUBBLE WRAP lightly taped around it. Luckily it seems to be in good condition still, but this is ridiculous for such an expensive piece of electronics. Not sure how she's selling these for such a good price btw.. :) I do have a warranty for a year and it's in excellent condition but not quite "mint/new" b/c of a tiny-tiny little speck on the metal in one area (very hard to see). And it came covered in plastic but it seems like it might have just been put on after the fact. Came with no box/accessories as described. Just an iPad that works great for a great price. Lol. Overall, very happy.

I received the phone a week ago and I had a lil hickup, nothing major but the seller was willing to take it back and refund me but I took it to a repair shop and decided to keep it. She was very polite and quick with responding to my concerns.

Phone took 3+ days to ship, and it wasn't "new & unused" as advertised. Had old texts on it from Father's Day from several Maryland phone numbers. Missing the charger that was supposed to be inlcuded.
