This isn't brand new at all. Seal on both sides has been opened. The other side wisely covered by the item # sticker.

I received the computer late due to COVID-19 delays at the Detroit distribution center. Upon attempting to install the latest operating system, it was discovered that the computer you sold me has a bad hard drive. I would like a refund. Please respond

Bought iphone 6 unlocked 128gb and the silent on/off don't work meaning it's silent for the rest of its life not unless taken to a shop to get it fixed. Blurry back camera too. The phone has been popped open, the back camera has metal that surrounds it. Seller DID NOT mention it to her description box. Their "technician" DID NOT throughly inspected it.

I made a request to the seller and ignored me completely, which I think is rude. I also hoped that he/she at least should have included the charging cable being the fact that it is not a customary microUSB but a USB C type.

Not a BRAND NEW IN BOX item, it was used had ver light use marks on it and back was engraved with a Companies name and 1 800 Phone number which was not described in the listing

Received the wrong phone, seller refused to send a new phone until the wrong one was returned. Seller also refused to pay for return shipping stating that shipping would be refunded and never was. Responses from seller was very delayed, waited over a week before discovering the location of the phone was unknown and I would have to wait until seller discovered where it was shipped. Eventually a refund was received.

UPDATED: received a call from Verizon Wireless Corporate Security and apparently the device Sarah sold to me was stolen en route to a Verizon Store. I am now having to cooperate with NJ local PD as well as Federal Agents. I would highly suggest steering clear so you are not wrapped up in this as well.

I picked this listing over less inexpensive New (resale) because of her shipping statement because that was more important that price. I have provide proof of my ranking with pics in the link below.
