Overall decent. Device showed up working with only certain chargers. Same reason I was buying another device I did NOT want to have to deal with the repair. Shipping time Acceptable, Outside exact as described, AGAIN DID NOT WANT TO HAVE TO REPAIR A DEVICE I PURCHASED FOR $400! Offered return for full refund. Wish they would have offered to pay for parts at least. Refusal. Would have been 5 star if they would have. I would not have taken their money and still gave 5 star. That's where they lost me.

There's more cosmetic damage than expected on this device. There are a few scratches on the screen and some noticeable scuffs on the device body that were not described or visible in the images. Phone Goat did offer the option to return the device, but I expected more attention to detail from a reputable seller. Phone functions as expected.

Problem with sensor

I was not able to activate the phone so I mailed it back and the seller was polite through the process and returned my money immediately.

The condition and shipping were great, but expected a little more communication when asking questions about the order.

Phone had issues. Swappa stepped in to mediate and facilitate a return. Seller only responded when Swappa asked them to. Initially was going to have to pay for return shipping of damaged device. Seller finally sent return label. Too much trouble. Sent phone to Samsung for warranty repair instead. Would not recommend this seller.
