Received item promptly but seller forgot to include the charger.
I asked for a $10 reimbursement for me having to buy my own charger but the seller said it was too late and he mailed me out a weak, useless generic charger that I can't use because it charges the phone way too slow.

Charger was received earlier this week. Was a little bummed that the seller forgot the charger, but he shipped it immediately. It was standard shipping so I went out and bought a charger to use my device on the day of delivery, this is the only reason I took off one star. Otherwise, the item was as described and works fine, pleasant experience overall.

The phone was in fantastic condition - far better condition than its pictures and description led me to believe it would be in. No scratches on the screen at all - just a small dent on the lower right hand back corner of the phone (completely unnoticeable unless you're really looking for it).

As soon as I charged up the phone and popped in my SIM card, everything worked perfectly. Speakerphone, Bluetooth pairing, Wifi, Wifi Hotspot, LTE, you name it. 100% fully functional.

Seller was extremely easy to work with, and shipped the phone almost immediately after receiving the order.

The phone was supposed to come with a charger and lightning cable - when I let the seller know that those two items weren't included in the original shipment, he immediately responded and shipped those items to me.

Overall a fantastic experience - when I'm next in the market for a new phone, I will be looking to this seller first!

Sent water damaged phone that was obviously repaired before but refunded promptly. Would prefer they check for water damage before shipping. Would buy again but be careful about water damaged
