The phone had lots of problems

I am writing to you because I used this site for the first time, all went well bought a phone and went to take it to get activated at my local sprint store which I thought wouldn’t be a problem, come to find out the phone I bought was black listed, and reported as stolen and led to police interaction on my end, I contacted my bank about this charge on my card, but am reaching out to you for a refund and assistance in this matter.

Bad experience with a phone battery inflated had to make the repair myself since they took ages to respond.

These sellers acting like robot. So don’t buy from them

Ordered a Verizon S9+, seller sent a Sprint unlocked S9+. NOT the same thing. Does not activate on Verizon. I offered to keep for a partial refund, but seller would not do that. Did offer full refund for return but it's a hassle. I would not recommend buying a Verizon S9+ from them. Might be a waste of your time

It came too late not needed it’s not even opened

I was sent an ipad that was bent. With no warning that it would be. I wish the description would have been more clear. When i contacted phone goat really no help, He wasn't even sure which ipad i was talking about.

Seller posted a message on the listing more than 24 hours after I bought the phone, saying they no longer had the item. It took me another day and half to see that they did not plan to honor my purchase. Thus I would caution people who might deal with them. Their listing was one of 3 phones I was considering, and by the time I saw the message they were not going to go through with the sale, the other 2 phones were sold and I had to pay $14 more for the next best listing. Very dissappointing experience to say the least.

Device was an Asurion refurb but wasn't advertised as such. When asked about it the seller told me I shouldn't buy from him again. AWESOME customer service! I decided to just keep it.

The iPhone was not unlocked as advertised and still connected to an AT&T account and has an aftermarket screen and button does not function properly.

4 hours of hassle with Swappa staff's involvement finally got this seller pay for the shipping label. This seller keeps ignoring their buyer until staff getting in. It was ridiculous to see how fast they reacted when the staff tells them to do something.

We have tried 5 different chargers and this iPad Air will NOT charge.

Phone did not work., couldn't connect to any cellular network. Returned promptly and refund issued but took 3 weeks and lots of delaying by seller. Had to file dispute with Paypal to receive funds.

Advertised as "fully functional" but proximity sensor wasn't working. The proximity sensor prevents you from accidentally pressing buttons on the screen during phone calls. Make sure you test this sensor (and the ambient light/auto-brightness sensor) if you purchase a used phone! Also, the included lightning cable was defective (worked for charging only, not data). Still giving two stars since return was processed quickly.

Bought three phones in 1 month from this seller and they all had issues l, sent them all back. If you like quality phones buyer beware.

The front mic on the phone I received does not work. I cannot use Siri, voice detection, FaceTime or my phone on speaker phone. The screen sometimes stops working and I have to reset my phone.

The phone has a little water damage

Shipped on time, phone not really in the condition as advertised, scratching on screen is more than light. Now after 2 weeks phone is malfunctioning.

Phone does not work as it has an unpaid balance on it. Now I'm having issues switching back to my old phone. Buyers beware!

Shipping was very quick and the seller communicated quickly and clearly. Im giving this 2 stars because the iPhone was described as having no scratches in the listing and was listed as good condition however the phone I recieved had MANY scratches on the screen.

Overall decent. Device showed up working with only certain chargers. Same reason I was buying another device I did NOT want to have to deal with the repair. Shipping time Acceptable, Outside exact as described, AGAIN DID NOT WANT TO HAVE TO REPAIR A DEVICE I PURCHASED FOR $400! Offered return for full refund. Wish they would have offered to pay for parts at least. Refusal. Would have been 5 star if they would have. I would not have taken their money and still gave 5 star. That's where they lost me.

There's more cosmetic damage than expected on this device. There are a few scratches on the screen and some noticeable scuffs on the device body that were not described or visible in the images. Phone Goat did offer the option to return the device, but I expected more attention to detail from a reputable seller. Phone functions as expected.

Phone had issues. Swappa stepped in to mediate and facilitate a return. Seller only responded when Swappa asked them to. Initially was going to have to pay for return shipping of damaged device. Seller finally sent return label. Too much trouble. Sent phone to Samsung for warranty repair instead. Would not recommend this seller.
