I received the device and it was not fully functional. The seller provide a quick refund of my purchase. 4-stars as I would have preferred a solution that did not cause me to lose the $10 swappa fee and require me to pay return shipping.

Phone in good condition. Cable that came with the phone did not work. I went to the store and bought a new charger, which was $20 dollars I didn't expect to have to spend, but after the new charger the phone worked well and activated easily. Seller was receptive to changing my shipping address after I selected the first one, which was much appreciated. Overall I would recommend Phone Goat and would purchase again.
