Seller sold a phone that he/she had replaced the screen for. The screen stopped working 3 weeks after I received the phone and 2 weeks after I started using it. Seller kept claiming that something must have happened to the phone in my possession that stopped the very same "replacement" part from working. The whole process was a waste of time and not to mention money. Swappa added a total zero value to the process

I received the device on Monday 12/1/14 via USPS. The tracking information was included in the PayPal ship notification that was sent on 11/29/14. I have the device configured and working on the Verizon network. Still in the process of getting it set-up the way I want. I am very pleased with the device, its condition, and the price that I paid. Its condition was as you described. This was my first Swappa transaction. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the entire process and the item that I purchased. This will likely be the way I upgrade phones from this point forward. I am grandfathered into a Verizon unlimited data plan. I cannot upgrade to a subsidized phone and keep the plan. And I am not paying full retail unsubsidized price for a new phone. I have wanted to get the Samsung Note 3 since it was released. So far, I have not been disappointed.
