Elliot M.

Great guy. Had a little issue with the phones set up. He did not hesitate to help me out. Five stars.

Phone came as described. Happy with the deal even though I needed to immediately bring phone to Genius Bar for repair. Phone was under warranty so I'm happy.

Thanks so much for the phone.. Love it... Great seller... On point...

Good price, fast shipping, good communication. Thanks!

Quick delivery
Phone is excellent condition
Thanks

Good item as described

Seller sold a phone that he/she had replaced the screen for. The screen stopped working 3 weeks after I received the phone and 2 weeks after I started using it. Seller kept claiming that something must have happened to the phone in my possession that stopped the very same "replacement" part from working. The whole process was a waste of time and not to mention money. Swappa added a total zero value to the process

Perfect transaction. Thanks!

Phone came quickly and packaged properly. Everything was as advertised.

This was my first transaction on Swappa and everything went smoothly. The device was exactly as described as works great. Shipping was faster than anticipated. Thanks!

prompt, fast and, most importantly, very good communication!

It was a wonderful experience to deal with Elliot. He shipped the device as soon as payment was made (next business day). There was a delay, but is USPS fault, not the seller's. You should close your eyes, and completely trust him.

Good transaction.

Great buy! Product arrived as described with prompt communication and action! Thanks so much.

Very nice phone. Just as described.

I just replaced the USB Cove today and it only cost $2 for the part and about 1 minute's worth of time. So, again, I am very happy and thankful for this deal. The phone looks and feels like it just came out of the box new to me so I'm extremely happy with it. Thanks!

The best thing that I liked about the seller was that he gave me prompt responses and he shipped out the phone as soon as possible. I would definitely buy from him again. The item was as described. It was in perfect condition. Swappa and sellers such as Elliot M. have contributed to this amazing experience - Many thanks.

Great Seller, Thank you for making Swappa a better place!

Good experience. Quick shipping. Nice item, just as described.

Excellent seller, just as described, thanks.

Packaged well, shipped promptly and item was new in box as described.

I received the device on Monday 12/1/14 via USPS. The tracking information was included in the PayPal ship notification that was sent on 11/29/14. I have the device configured and working on the Verizon network. Still in the process of getting it set-up the way I want. I am very pleased with the device, its condition, and the price that I paid. Its condition was as you described. This was my first Swappa transaction. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the entire process and the item that I purchased. This will likely be the way I upgrade phones from this point forward. I am grandfathered into a Verizon unlimited data plan. I cannot upgrade to a subsidized phone and keep the plan. And I am not paying full retail unsubsidized price for a new phone. I have wanted to get the Samsung Note 3 since it was released. So far, I have not been disappointed. Thank you for offering the device through this service.
