I should've read the feedback before buying from Pineapple. Seems 1 out of every 7 purchases goes wrong. Mine happened to be one that went wrong. I get it, things go wrong but seller refuses to communicate. Phone was listed mint...less then 60 days later it consistently crashes and the in-call volume is muffled. Not to mention shipping was late. Buyers be warned

I bought this phone for a kid, When he complained it had poor voice quality I looked at and noticed it was slightly bent, when I tried to bend it straight it got very hot after removing the screen I noticed someone had changed the battery and left a screw loose that got jammed under the battery and caused it to short, heat up and of course blow its internal battery. Not too happy for a new condition phone.

Didn’t arrive with all items listed in the ad. Seller either didn’t thoroughly test the item or was intentionally deceptive about condition. Poor communication, only resolved with lots of pestering. Thankfully Swappa staff came to my rescue.

I received the phone with a low battery healthy (87%) and that is was different to what the seller said about the phone has a 100% battery

Advertised with Applecare but seller had no ability or intention of transferring Applecare as required by Applecare agmt. The display is also significantly damaged indelibly etched in multiple areas. Both Swappa and I asked seller for a refund who then ghosted.

Mobile was received in the same condition as shown in the pictures, however the seller was little slow in the process. Rest all were good.

I have been using this mobile from quite sometime. Had got a problem and took it to Apple store locally and they said that it is a fraud mobile.
