I should've read the feedback before buying from Pineapple. Seems 1 out of every 7 purchases goes wrong. Mine happened to be one that went wrong. I get it, things go wrong but seller refuses to communicate. Phone was listed mint...less then 60 days later it consistently crashes and the in-call volume is muffled. Not to mention shipping was late. Buyers be warned

This was my 3rd Swappa purchase. The first two shipped promptly. This one did not. I communicated on the message board and didn't receive a response for over 24 hours. The item eventually arrived just fine, but having a period of uncertainty when using a service like Swappa was annoying.

Everything went well but I didn't receive the earbuds and when I was trying to communicate with the seller he wasn't responding to my messages.But overall I received my packed in safe hands.

Received the product. I was thinking this one to be Space Grey but it was Silver. Seller wrote the title as Gray. But I am okay with the color.

Overall great customer service and prompt responses.

Unfortunately, my camera did not work :(. This seller was good to work with. They had me drop by a store to see if it was an issue with settings -- they were willing to reimburse for any work needing done. When it appeared that the phone needed a replacement camera, I was able to return it with no shipping fee.

I'm sad the transaction didn't work out and I lost time on getting a new phone, but I trust this seller--I would work with them in the future.

The audio on the laptop I got was not functional, so I can't give a 10)% positive review, but the seller did give me a full refund when I shipped it back without any issues. I did have to eat the cost of shipping it back to them (packaging, priority mail, insurance), which sucked but I didn't have the worse experience either. At the end of the day I would buy from this seller again if they have a good deal, so there's that.
