I purchased a phone for my granddaughter. The following day I received a message that the phone needed to be repaired. I was instructed to request a refund. I am not happy. She was looking forward to getting a phone. To add insult to injury, NY Phone Sales has yet to issue a refund for a product they sold and knew it needed to be repaired.
