Seller shipped promptly with USPS and the new phone arrived in about 3 days. Swappa and Mint Mobile waited 4 days before shipping the sim card for this esim-only pixel 10 and FedEx took another 6 days to make the 2 day package arrive. When I asked swappa for help they said I need to contact mint. When I called mint they said swappa is the one with the info I need. After all that the sim activation worked but would not function on the mint network and mint support had to issue a new esim. Now everything is working, it was just a bumpy ride.

I purchased a phone for my granddaughter. The following day I received a message that the phone needed to be repaired. I was instructed to request a refund. I am not happy. She was looking forward to getting a phone. To add insult to injury, NY Phone Sales has yet to issue a refund for a product they sold and knew it needed to be repaired.

Phone arrived on time and as advertised.
