Seller did not made a thorough check on device before shipping. Device was still signed on iCloud and wants the buyer to fix the problem. Nevertheless, I’m completing the sale since I talked to the person whom I’m giving the device to. Luckily, she doesn’t mind with the iCloud. Let this be an example why Swappa needs to check before listing these devices from sellers.

The charger doesn't work and the jack doesn't recognize my headphones. I'm not sure what to do here. Everything else is fine.

Y phone needed upgrading within a month and a half and it completely stopped working when trying to upgrade it apple said it was a bad chip and I I’m highly upset.

Shipped quickly. Phone condition was as advertised. I couldn't get the charging cable and/or plug to charge the phone but one I had worked fine so I didn't bother to troubleshoot it further. Would buy from this seller again.

Phone arrived before due date. The device was listed as "good" but I found it to be beyond good & in mint condition. There were absolutely no blemishes on the screen or housing. I also found it in perfect working order. There was a small issue that was quickly & politely resolved. So quickly that the device still arrived before it's original due date. I'm am more than happy with my purchase & would gladly purchase from this seller again.

The only negative I have would be the charger that was sent with the phone. I bought two of these phones from the same seller. One phone charger sparked immediately when plugged into an outlet and couldn't be used. The other phone charger worked off and on for around 48 hours before completely dying. Very happy with the phone itself, but I would have rather had no charger at all as opposed to the two that I received.

Phone shipped quickly, arrived undamaged, appears to be in perfect condition, was relatively easy for me to set up/transfer my existing Verizon account and necessary data into. Excellent seller!
