This seller sent me the wrong phone twice. Took them almost a month to issue me a refund. They kept telling me PayPal already took care of it. But when I called PayPal and my bank, I learned that there was never a refund pending. I called them out on it and finally got my refund.

I was first sent the phone in the wrong color. Seller offered exchange and sent the correct phone after receiving the incorrect phone. Took about a week longer than I had hoped. Customer service was decent, but fulfillment accuracy could use some work.

‘Mint’ is supposed to mean ‘pristine condition, no signs of wear and tear’. This item was listed as mint, and I even asked if it actually was mint. I was told it was mint. Item arrived with multiple scratches at edge of screen and scuffs on the back. Clearly not mint.
I would not buy any mint condition items from this seller. ‘Good’ is probably smarter and save some money.

I was initially sent the wrong phone, but replacement went smooth. The return shipping was already paid for and when they received the phone, they immediately sent the correct phone to me. The phone is in the exact condition as can be seen by the sale pictures and description. Overall, positive experience and I would buy again from this seller.

Phone was in great condition with charger and brick; just had to do a factory reset and it was good to go. There were some challenges getting the unlocked phone activated on the TMobile network, which took a couple days of trouble shooting.
