phone was not functional and had to go through a lengthy return process to get my refund

This seller sent me the wrong phone twice. Took them almost a month to issue me a refund. They kept telling me PayPal already took care of it. But when I called PayPal and my bank, I learned that there was never a refund pending. I called them out on it and finally got my refund.

‘Mint’ is supposed to mean ‘pristine condition, no signs of wear and tear’. This item was listed as mint, and I even asked if it actually was mint. I was told it was mint. Item arrived with multiple scratches at edge of screen and scuffs on the back. Clearly not mint.
I would not buy any mint condition items from this seller. ‘Good’ is probably smarter and save some money.

Claimed to be in good working condition with some checks... total joke. Charger port was broken to where you had to push down hard on the cable to make it do anything. It still wouldn't charge and if it did it would only reach about 20% before quitting. I ended up replacing the port myself since seller seemed flakey in terms of returning, thankfully replacing the charger port worked. Earpiece speaker was also super clogged up with nasty stuff that made it to where you couldn't hear anyone, cleaned it and thankfully it works fine now. Unfortunately had to spend an additional $30ish to fix the charger port and take apart the phone on my own, but since it's working now, it is what it is. Seller treated me like I was lying and to "use another charger", after Swappa got involved they even started ignoring my requests for the return address. They finally replied but thankfully I was able to fix the charger port so I gave up on them. Thankful I don't have to deal with them again

Extremely disappointed with this business.

The mint condition is defined as "Pristine condition, no signs of wear and tear" however the phone is disappointing that there are quite a few noticeable tiny deans on the phone screen.

I think some of the companies that post their stuff on Swappa need to actually CHECK THROUGH the devices properly instead of just copy/pasting that everything is functional.

The bottom speaker on this phone is DEAD and I am highly annoyed about that…

I qualified it as neutral because the photos of the product did not show the details, small scratches etc, it is not really a pristine condition, but still a very good device.

after a few days of use, the screen started to experience ghost touch issues, I don't recommend it.

Seller did not made a thorough check on device before shipping. Device was still signed on iCloud and wants the buyer to fix the problem. Nevertheless, I’m completing the sale since I talked to the person whom I’m giving the device to. Luckily, she doesn’t mind with the iCloud. Let this be an example why Swappa needs to check before listing these devices from sellers.

Y phone needed upgrading within a month and a half and it completely stopped working when trying to upgrade it apple said it was a bad chip and I I’m highly upset.

I was sold 3 phones in "good condition". two of them didn't charge properly nor stay on. 66% of the phones sold to me were expensive paper weights.

Worst seller ever. They will never respond to your email or your comment. Especially if you are requesting a refund . Never buying from this seller or the site. Still waiting on them to respond to me about my 316$ refund.

Phone is in excellent condition. It is NOT unlocked. It's useless to me. Very disappointed.
