Great phone

Claimed to be in good working condition with some checks... total joke. Charger port was broken to where you had to push down hard on the cable to make it do anything. It still wouldn't charge and if it did it would only reach about 20% before quitting. I ended up replacing the port myself since seller seemed flakey in terms of returning, thankfully replacing the charger port worked. Earpiece speaker was also super clogged up with nasty stuff that made it to where you couldn't hear anyone, cleaned it and thankfully it works fine now. Unfortunately had to spend an additional $30ish to fix the charger port and take apart the phone on my own, but since it's working now, it is what it is. Seller treated me like I was lying and to "use another charger", after Swappa got involved they even started ignoring my requests for the return address. They finally replied but thankfully I was able to fix the charger port so I gave up on them. Thankful I don't have to deal with them again

Product arrived quickly and seems to be exactly as described. Packaging was just one little bubble wrap sleeve and a box. I feel damage could have happened during shipping but lucky there wasn’t any.

This was my first transaction with Swappa and I was a little skeptical after reading horror stories of people buying used phones on the internet. I ordered a phone and it did have some issues most people didn’t seem to experience from this seller. I think it was just a dud. Anyway, I had forgotten my account info and had to email Swappa’s customer support so I could login to contact the seller. I thought that would take forever. I kid you not they responded within like 5min after emailing them! Once logged in I messaged the seller and they were very professional and quick to fix the problem! If this is your first time I highly recommend this site and particularly this seller for their customer service. If you do have any issues they’ll take care of you! That’s very important to someone like me when buying anything used. ????

Phone looks even better than the pictures. So far after a few days of using the phone it seems to work perfect

Phone seems to be in working condition. Screen had minor scratches that I couldn’t see in pics but falls in the minor wear category of the description. Otherwise, the phone looks clean and seems functional.
