I had problems with the first items that shipped. I knew buying a used phone could be risky. However, the seller was awesome about it! They responded so fast I could not believe it. Then, they did not even question me about the issues. They just said return them and replacements will be sent. I received the replacements in two days! Way faster than expected. So far, they appear to be in perfect condition and work flawlessly. I would definitely order from this seller in the future, and have already recommended them to another person.
