Phone has been alright so far idk if it’s the lg g6 original speaker that’s sounds mutter so i can’t say . I tried to unlock my phone through T-Mobile and it says I can’t because it’s either locked or they can’t verify the phone so I’m guessing they switched the imei so they could resell

The phone is decent, but could have been better. The home key has a bit of divot in it, but is still fully functional. What really could have been better: Service. I inquired twice about the home key and received no reply.
