Wish I could give zero stars, but swappa said I had to give two stars but he deserves zero. Worse experience ever on swappa. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Shipped the phone in a padded envelope with very little protection (read his other feedback comments), communicated very slowly when problems arose, and then wouldn't refund purchase price until swappa shut down his account and only then did he refund me for the phone that showed up at my house with the screen completely shattered. Stay away from this seller!

No picture of the back of device which result to be not so mint, beside that charger has to be press harder than normal to charge, but I guess it is fine for $200, however condition was good + but not MINT.

I received the phone very quickly but it was packaged very poorly. The phone with no box was sent inside a small padded envelope! This is unacceptable but the phone works and I needed it for a birthday present. I don't understand why it was shipped this way when it is no more expensive to put it in a small flat rate USPS box. I expect the seller to be able to spend an extra 5 minutes folding a box to protect a $400 phone.

The phone was also not as described. The item was listed as "no cracks or scratches very light signs of usage" but the screen has a divot in it. It's small but noticeable. The screen also makes a "clicking" sound when pressed leading me to believe that the screen may be been replaced at some point or is not attached property.

Failed to keep the commitment. Never sent me the accessories for the phone I have purchased.

The shipping was quick, but it was a padded envelope and not a box. It did arrive ok, so no big deal. The phone was said to be in better condition than described in the listing. It functioned perfectly, but there were more screen scratches than in the description. Overall I am satisfied in the transaction, but could have been better packaging, just in case, and a more thorough and accurate description.

Fast arrival. My only concern is that the product arrived in an envelope which put it susceptible to damage. I've never seen a phone shipped in anything other than a box. In my case it didn't affect the product, but your buyers should be aware. No stars off for it though.

Sold a "mint" condition phone with a cracked camera lens. Seller commented that it must have happened during shipment. Apparently I am responsible for any issues since they could happen during shipment. My only recourse would be a dispute with Paypal. Buyer BEWARE!

Device arrived with a broken main (rear) camera which was not disclosed in the listing, but the seller promptly reimbursed me for the cost of replacement.

Seller could have done a better job of taking pictures showing all the dents and dings. Wish seller would have mentioned the home button is protruding upwards and not sitting flush against the screen like it's suppose to.
