Item arrived different than described. Seller immediately offered a refund via PayPal and after he had gotten the device he gave the refund. I did have to wait for him to also refund the return shipping, but that has also now happened. If you're looking for quick communication I don't think you'll want to buy from this seller as it seems like I had to get swappa involved before a response was sent. Shipping was quick.

I ordered a mint condition phone. The phone came in a padded envelope with no accessories. With a few large deep scratches on the screen an many small scratches. In addition the phone is glitchy and doesn't work well. The seller didn't respond to any correspondence at all. Swappa staff said that I need to start a dispute with PayPal which I had to call and wait on the phone to make the dispute. I would not suggest buying from this vendor. This is my first experience with Swappa so I cannot comment on their service besides that their reps responded to my messages within minutes.

The seller sent me a broken device that could not be activated. Very bad at communication, as he would take over 4 days to respond. Seller did not refund my return shipping, and refused to do so when asked. Swappa did not help with getting seller to refund shipping. Overall, very bad experience. Seller should not be trusted.

Constantly crashes and restarts. Brought to Apple store and they told me it's due to a hardware failure

Everything you told me about the phone is a lie you said the phone was gold and it is not you said it was unlock and it is not. You. Lie to me completed and I need you to do something about that

Phone was labeled as "MINT" not indicated at all to be refurbished, or to have ever had issues, but after many malfunctions (and money spent to fix them) it was shown to already contain aftermarket internal parts, that were both poor quality and not adequately installed. I sent the phone back, but still had to file a claim through Paypal because the seller (even after being found out for grossly misrepresenting the condition of this phone) was attempting to only refund a portion of what I paid. I would NOT recommend this seller.

The seller had no attempt in communicating with me nor with the Swappa Staff until i had to escalate a refund dispute with paypal. Moments later that's when the seller decided to communicate. Otherwise, the phone did arrive in good working condition.

Huge lack of communication on the seller's part and shipped much later than expected. Did not receive device on promised day.

No communication after a defective device was returned, except a note saying we would get a refund. That never happened. We now have to go through PayPal to get a refund. Seller provided a refund a week and a half after receiving the phone.

No communication from seller. Phone had finance Payments. Phone was not fully functional.

When I received the phone the screen was acting up, the sensor on the screen does not work and Siri does not respond. I spent $120 fixing it because I am always on the go and can't return the phone.

phone arrived in a bubble bag envelop. After I tested the phone, found that it has battery drain issue. Seller will not reply any of my message. I will revise my review if seller actually response my message.

The only positive thing about this sale was that I received a refund the day the seller received the phone. The phone was not usable on Verizon. Overall between having to drive to a verizon store and pay for return shipping/insurance I probably ended up losing over $30 and have no phone to show for it. I probably will not use swappa again.

Seller needs to improve cheap shipping practices. Stop using first class uninsured mail.

Why is the phone says "No Service" ? I thought you said I could activate it with AT&T?

Phone was not functional and the volume up button did not work. Would not recommend this seller.

He is dishonest and provided horrible customer service. Listen to me and other reviewers and STAY AWAY...Received an iPhone with the speaker not working...He promised to refund me as soon as I returned the product...Once I shipped back, he stopped answering my messages!!...Forced me to go through a 6-week resolution process with PayPal...Would have rated him 5-stars if he refunded me faster

The worst seller I have ever done business with anywhere, ever. deserves 0 stars! Shipped me a phone I couldn't activate, argued constantly, now is not responding to my PayPal dispute which holds up my refund for 2 weeks. Worst. Ever.

Wish I could give zero stars, but swappa said I had to give two stars but he deserves zero. Worse experience ever on swappa. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Shipped the phone in a padded envelope with very little protection (read his other feedback comments), communicated very slowly when problems arose, and then wouldn't refund purchase price until swappa shut down his account and only then did he refund me for the phone that showed up at my house with the screen completely shattered. Stay away from this seller!

I received the phone very quickly but it was packaged very poorly. The phone with no box was sent inside a small padded envelope! This is unacceptable but the phone works and I needed it for a birthday present. I don't understand why it was shipped this way when it is no more expensive to put it in a small flat rate USPS box. I expect the seller to be able to spend an extra 5 minutes folding a box to protect a $400 phone.

The phone was also not as described. The item was listed as "no cracks or scratches very light signs of usage" but the screen has a divot in it. It's small but noticeable. The screen also makes a "clicking" sound when pressed leading me to believe that the screen may be been replaced at some point or is not attached property.

The phone didnt even last for 10 days motherboard is gone..

Sold a "mint" condition phone with a cracked camera lens. Seller commented that it must have happened during shipment. Apparently I am responsible for any issues since they could happen during shipment. My only recourse would be a dispute with Paypal. Buyer BEWARE!

Seller shipped in a few days but product was not as described .The communication about the product went okay but when I returned the product it took longer than expected to get my refund.
