I am completely satisfied with my iPhone 6s purchase. I was very skeptical at first, but I had a completely smooth transaction and I would definitely buy from this seller again. I received the exact phone in the picture and it did not come with any unreported scratches, cracks, or really any sign of usage what so ever, just as the seller said. I only have small issues with the phone: one is the fact the the screen turns orange for 2-3 seconds before taking a picture with the front camera, and the phones does occasionally lag (but that's tone expected). Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase but I had to knock a star because of the poor communication between the seller and me. Before I bought the phone, I did not get all my questions answered and after I bought it, I received a tracking number that didn't work! Although the seller told me before hand it would arrive in 3 days, with no tacking number, I was scared that I just threw away $400, but it did arrive on time.

The only positive thing about this sale was that I received a refund the day the seller received the phone. The phone was not usable on Verizon. Overall between having to drive to a verizon store and pay for return shipping/insurance I probably ended up losing over $30 and have no phone to show for it. I probably will not use swappa again.

The phone has more scratches and dents than the pictures. Tested in Apple store and the speaker failed, display loose and jammed lock button. Apple took care of it since it is within warranty. Thank God for the warranty! Seller response slow.
