Failed to keep the commitment. Never sent me the accessories for the phone I have purchased.

The shipping was quick, but it was a padded envelope and not a box. It did arrive ok, so no big deal. The phone was said to be in better condition than described in the listing. It functioned perfectly, but there were more screen scratches than in the description. Overall I am satisfied in the transaction, but could have been better packaging, just in case, and a more thorough and accurate description.

Item was opened, but appears to be in new condition. Seller shipped next day and delivery was very fast. Trusted seller.

Fast arrival. My only concern is that the product arrived in an envelope which put it susceptible to damage. I've never seen a phone shipped in anything other than a box. In my case it didn't affect the product, but your buyers should be aware. No stars off for it though.

probably a little much to ask that the phone come with more than just 5% charge but overall experience was hassle free and product was received quickly. Appreciated the updates on shipping and phone looks really good. Very happy
