Purchased this iPhone 13 Pro Max listed as "Mint." While it functions perfectly with excellent 99% battery health, there are scratches on the screen (visible when the screen is off) that weren’t disclosed in the listing. Fast shipping and good communication from the seller. Overall, 3/5 stars—great functionality but disappointed by the undisclosed cosmetic condition.

It says on the description that there was no sign of use but it does.

The seller refused to pay for the return shiping cost after we both confirmed the terms of return and the seller received the item.
According to the seller, PERFECT / EXCELLENT condition consists dents, scratches, tears, and wear. A deep scratch is not a crack that is considered as perfect/excellent condition as well. Good luck on your purchase.

Packaging wasn't great, and seller should have indicated damage (melted / overheated section with repair) to charging cable. Laptop is as described.
