Seller was polite and shipped on time but Phone was not exactly as described. It was not exactly "mint", had a couple of scratches on the back and around camera ring that couldn't be seen on the pictures and these signs of wear weren't mentioned by seller. I've purchased mint phones on Swappa before and it always meant like "new". The phone works and had all other accessories as seller described but the box and charger belonged to a different phone, black Galaxy S4 from AT&T and the one purchased is a white Verizon S4. Charger was no the original Samsung.

My first experience with a different seller ordering a phone was bad, and I ended up having to send it back and wait for a refund. This sale was quick and easy. Shipping was super quick and the phone arrived in perfect condition just as described!

It turns out the charging cable and the charger are knock-off. So, after about a month of use, they no longer work. I gave my review too quickly and didn't "examine" these too closely as they look exactly the same as the real thing. If you buy from this buyer again, be sure to look at the items close.

This seller gets high marks for every part of the transaction. He responded quickly to my questions about the phone, and threw in a brand new charger for free. Shipping was very quick (the phone arrived one day sooner than the tracking predicted). Packing was very good. The phone is exactly as advertised-mint condition. If anyone used it they took extraordinarily good care of it. I would do business with this seller again.

The seller shipped the phone right after I ordered it (purchased it late at night and he shipped it first thing in the morning) and I received it quickly. It was listed as being in "mint" condition and it is! Very happy with this seller, the price, and the phone!
UPDATE: A month later, the USB cord + adaptor that the seller offered with the phone started malfunctioning - it wouldn't charge my phone. I brought it into an Apple store and they said the USB cord + adaptor were NOT made by Apple, so I had to pay to buy a new USB cord since they were fakes and so not covered by any Apple warranty.

Seller responded to my questions promptly and shipped the phone the same day as purchase. Phone was exactly as described and arrived fast. Very good seller!

Phone came exactly how described. No scratches dings or anything. This phone was mint. I'd be surprised if anyone used it all. Was a little bit of a pain in the ass to track a SIM card down retail but I happened to be lucky and my local corporate sprint store had 1 extra. For free. No problems with activation.
