Unfortunately there was a small flaw with the product when it arrived. It was a small enough defect that the seller could have made things really tough, but they were very responsive and open to a solution from the start. The seller didn't notice the defect or maybe it was even caused during shipping, but I do not believe they tried to sell me a defective product knowingly. In the end I decided to send the product back, but the Seller was a class act through the whole process and promptly gave me a refund.

If I could give more than a single thumbs-up I would. Item was completely as advertised and arrived quicker than expected. Seller was responsive to all of my questions/comments and was very professional. Excellent buying experience!

Very understanding seller--I want to make note that I made a huge mistake and originally purchased the incorrect item. No questions ask, the seller refunded me. The computer is exactly as advertised with the exception of one thing--there is a fairly noticeable scratch on the top left of the screen; however, it is nothing terrible and I am still happy with this purchase.
