Jae cancelled this sale 8 days after I purchased the phone because the phone was not what was described on Swappa. The phone was not for the appropriate carrier and it was a "lost" phone which he had bought from a different seller. Jae was very nice and easy to communicate throughout the entire process. Its unfortunate that this phone was posted for sale before it was completely understood by the seller.

Refunded buyer (8 days later) rather than fulfill sale.
