Cons:
The phone was black listed and I did not know until I tried to activate it.
Seller took several days to respond to me, the refund took about a week.
Overall really poor experience and a huge waste of time communicating back and forth, and re sending the phone.

Everything seems to be good except the IMEI number and the phone do not match. By the number, the phone is white and with Verizon. I got a black phone that's with Sprint. Don't know if it matters and the phone seems to work fine.

Communicative, patient, and quick shipper! I needed Jae to wait to ship as I was out of state when I purchased the phone, but he was patient and polite, and happy to oblige my request. The phone is in great condition, as is the charger, and I couldn't be more pleased.

Phone was in great condition as advertised, but not the charger. The insulation is coming apart showing the frayed wires inside, definitely not safe to use anymore. Also was missing the wall plug adaptor for the cord. Had to buy a new iphone charger, no bueno.

Jae cancelled this sale 8 days after I purchased the phone because the phone was not what was described on Swappa. The phone was not for the appropriate carrier and it was a "lost" phone which he had bought from a different seller. Jae was very nice and easy to communicate throughout the entire process.
