The seller shipped the phone 10 days after i purchased it. Had to wait for at least 2 days for his response each time when I tried to contact him.
The phone was listed as in mint condition and there were no scratches anywhere on the phone except a small line on the inside of the screen. That suggested the screen was replaced. Once i pointed this out the seller was ready to give the refund without any issues, although I kept the device for a partial refund.
Overall it was very time consuming to deal with him.

Had to return the device because phone was still in financing program with T-mobile. Phone stopped functioning after 2 days of use.
