I was a little bit nervous since I've never bought on swappa before.. but it all turned out great! I wanted to give a special thanks to the seller for giving me updates and replying within a timely mannor. The phone is great and exactly as described! A special thanks, especially for making my first buying experience on swappa a good one! I would purchase from this seller again.

The seller shipped the phone 10 days after i purchased it. Had to wait for at least 2 days for his response each time when I tried to contact him.
The phone was listed as in mint condition and there were no scratches anywhere on the phone except a small line on the inside of the screen. That suggested the screen was replaced. Once i pointed this out the seller was ready to give the refund without any issues, although I kept the device for a partial refund.
Overall it was very time consuming to deal with him.

Great price, fast shipping, and the item was delivered exactly as described. Great seller, would buy from again!

Device was shipped promptly and arrived on time. Device functions checked out. MEID and activation ID checks were fine.
Iphone came wrapped around a piece of white paper and another piece of store advertisement clipping. Around which was a 7" x 5" bubbler envelope. Device survived this mode of packaging. Good thing since the device was mailed uninsured.

Not sure why the seller cuts corners on packaging and insurance. I think he has to sell dozens of phones through Swappa and in doing so tries to give the buyers a good price on the listing and to compensate takes the on the packaging and shipping risk.

Had to return the device because phone was still in financing program with T-mobile. Phone stopped functioning after 2 days of use.

The phone did take five days total, three business days after the purchase date to actually be shipped out, but it came just as described and for a very good price. The product arrived 2 days after the date of shipping. All in all, excellent experience. Phone seems to be in as good of shape as listed, and functioning fine at this point in time.

This "Flawless cosmetic condition with no scratches or signs of damage" definitely isn't true. There are couple of scratches but it's not too bad so I am fine with it.. Just be more accurate with your description. Thanks!

Pretty happy overall. The device was definitely not "mint" as was claimed. several scuffs and even some light scratches on the screen. Nothing that's worth putting up a fuss over though. Everything functions perfectly and I really like the phone.

Seller was a bit slow to send out the shipment, but he did send it priority two day mail, which was nice.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.
