Shipping was very slow seller is only a couple cities away 25 min or less. iPad had a sticker on the back of it about eBay. Very hard to get off, the sticker was not pictured on the back of the iPad. The iPad in the photos did not have a sticker on the back.

Careful buying used, condition of the device was vastly different than described.

No delivered in the expected date

This guy is ridiculous. First he was late sending me the iPad I bought, then when I finally received it he did not include the case that was supposed to come with it. Upon arrival I noticed scratches all over the back of the iPad that were not mentioned in the listing. When I set up the iPad it started overheating under the logic board to the point I could not pick up the iPad. I’ve been in iPhone and iPad repair for over a year and there is no excuse to not notice such a big defect before sending it to a customer. Finally, he said he would send me a return label and refund me and it has been almost a week since I last heard from him. Terrible experience. I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN.

There was way too much back and forth and i won’t buy again.

I'm new to SWAPPA. We received the phone but it won't hold a charge for longer than about 30 minutes. We'd like to return it. I thought I notified the seller but received no response.
Update: The seller responded on day 6 asking if I still wanted to return the phone. I said yes but haven't heard anything else since. Still trying to return.

As requested they shipped the phone extremely fast which was nice. However after turning the phone on I realized that the background seemed off. The color was dim, or blurry off-white. I later realized that it was because there is a burn in on this phone. A nasty shadow that really irritates me. I wish the seller could have informed me.

Very fast shipping and got item is described as said very pleased will buy agian off this buyer.thx j.g.s
