The only problem that I found is that when I talk on the phone, for both myself and the person I'm talking to say it sounds like we have each other on speaker phone, but we don't.

I bought a iPhone 6s . Description said the cellphone is new release but the phone was used. The main screen of cell phone was duplicate. I compared two more i6s to make sure I'm not wrong. I'm 100% sure the screen have replaced. I contact with them, they said 15% restocking fee will apply if I will return.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! First of all this phone I received doesn't even fully charge. Once it gets to 60 percent its stops charging. Next, its an "unlocked" phone and NOT a Verizon based phone as I ordered. Also the phone has a mind of its own cause I have to reset the phone to get it to work properly. The specs on the phone is all jacked up....And get this, I haven't had the phone not even 24 hrs!!!!

the phone was in good condition and works great... purchase and delivery on the other hand. Lets just say if you are in need of a phone fast, this is the wrong route to go. The seller took the full three day limit to even start shipment. then proceeded to ship via UPS... mf UPS. I've received shipments fro across the world faster than i got this phone. I didn't even know UPS had tracking labels on packages this slow. All im saying is the transaction occurred July 27th, was shipped July 31st, and i didn't receive it until August 7th. If your cool with waiting this long, the products are good for the money.

The phone is supposed as New (Resale), but there's no way to check it. The box and charger is not original. There's some scratches on earpods's box. Also, the phone is out of warranty for a very long time. It was not used to be like this on Swappa, but now it seems there're many buyer claim their phone as New resale so they can sell it as better price. Very disappointed.

Iphone is just as described. Great condition. The charger, however, was not functional. Prompt shipping.

The phone was in good condition, the charger and cable was new but a knockoff that the cable fell apart on the end & the withen 20 days the charger quit & the seller would not replace. The item was bought & paid for on the 7th but had to ask for faster shipping & then held up another day until he would send an invoice for 4.00 to upgrade shipping. So I didn't get until 7/13 6 days after paid for & that was with paying for 2 day air. I suggest other buyers to look else where this is the 5th & only seller I have ever had an issue with.

While the phone turned out to have an admittedly tough to know in advance defect, the seller did indeed take the phone back and refunded payment since they did not have another like it at the time. I definitely do not fault the seller. Rating is based on Swappa guidelines, but I feel like I am happy overall despite the issue. I would recommend this seller.
