Device not really as described. Scratches and scuffs on home button, home button very loose and gets stuck upon pressing, burn in present on screen. Seller does not respond to comments on sale. Device functions otherwise. Very very slow to ship. Would probably avoid this seller in the future.

I recieved the wrong phone, took me 3 weeks to get the new one, and then i found out they were out of stock of the phone i ordered so i was refunded

I don't remember it being listed as having a burnt screen, but on any white screens you can see the red options bar from a messenger app that is permanently burned into the screen. Other than that it's fine.

The phone arrived as expected. The one thing that I have to comment on is just how slow the shipping was. I've sold things on Swappa and most of them have arrived in 3 days. This took a whole week and the seller never even mentioned when the phone was going to be shipped.

If you're looking for your phone to arrive in a timely manner, forget about this seller. You're better off paying someone a little more for their listing and having them ship the phone faster and through a speedier method.

I bought this phone, but didn't realize it was refurbished. It was my mistake, and they honored my refund request.

Wouldn't buy from again. I purchased and immediately sent payment on Friday and the device wasn't shipped until Tuesday, the longest time considered "acceptable" by Swappa's guidelines. In addition, the phone's actual condition was a stretch from the listing/ pictures. The listing noted scratches on the screen and chips/scratches to the body, which was true, but failed to mention the crack at the corner of the screen. The crack is small and is on the bezel of the screen, so it doesn't really affect usability. However, there was no attempt to show this damage in the pictures or the phone's description. Also, the top of the phone (where the majority of the cosmetic damage to the device exists) was conveniently left out of the pics uploaded to the listing, much like the crack on the display. I knew going into the purchase that a device listed as "fair" wouldn't be perfect. The seller, however, didn't accurately portray the device's condition in the pictures or description.
