We received a defective phone, and the customer service in resolving the situation was very poor. The seller's first reaction was to blame the buyer and deny the problem. Communication was very slow and the seller did not follow Swappa's protocol. It took weeks to resolve. We would not recommend buying from MobileWorld.

I recieved the phone in better condition than advertiesed, the phone itself is almost impecable. As far as the phone goes, i would buy again.
The shipping on the other hand well was the worst ever, if you get to choose between shiping, do not go with UPS.
