I did receive the phone with an unexpected scrap that damaged the fingerprint reader, but the rest of the phone was practically brand new for being considered in "good" condition. Upon contacting the seller, they were very considerate and gave me a few options: receive a discount or trade in for a different one. I am very pleased with this service. Will buy again!

The Samsung Galaxy S7 shipped quickly, and it arrived in mint condition as described! If I hadn't known the device was pre-owned, I would've assumed it was new based on its appearance.
