Seller seemed to want me to pay return shipping cost for a QA issue with the phone they sent. Seller ended up covering return shipping with encouragement from Swappa staff.

Well everything was great when first getting phone but soon found that the battery couldn't stop overheating when I plugged in the device. The only way to prevent it was turning the phone off completely Everytime it needed to be charged at all. But waiting for response from seller now will be updated accordingly.

Phone is in great condition, unfortunately the finger print scanner does not work. I did a factory reset and everything. The option to select fingerprint as a security method is not available. Phone came in and wasn't factory reset to begin with, also had some diagnostic apps on there as well. Are these deal breakers? Factory reset, no. Fingerprint security is more of an annoyance. Seller was fast and phone came exactly as pictured. I recommend checking the fingerprint scanner on future sales.

The seller said battery health 93% but i received a phone with battery health at 90%.

Had slight issue with the phone that was not as advertised. Seller worked with me and had prompt responses.

Headphone Jack does not recognize anything. I have tried 3 different kinds of headphones and 3 aux cords.

Terrible service, they do not check their phones, I purchased 2 phones spent $122 plus , they were not the phones we ordered, I had to makes numerous trips to Verizon and AT&T plus several hours with tech support. I asked for some credit to help pay for my effort and the fact these weren't the phones I purchased, LVLup gave me a cheesy $30.....dont do business with this scam artist.

Phone has crack in middle didn't know about it

Ordered a mint phone an revived one with a blown speaker, The seller did fix the issue but I had to wait an extra week since I had to ship it back.
