Phone starts up normal. AT&T SIM chips are not recognized.

Didn't find out until after completing the sale that AT&T won't unlock the phone because of "an unpaid balance linked to your device". I can't even check the balance since I'm not the account holder. Saw nothing about this on the sale page.

This was a Verizon phone, not an AT&T phone as advertised. Phone had more damage than shown and advertised. I couldn't even activate it because it's a Verizon phone. Never again.

The listing never mentioned that it was refurbished or had previous repairs made as required by Swappa's policy on such devices. These repairs/refurbishments also were not performed by an Samsung Authorized repair center which caused the phone to lose it's water and dust resistance and other features. I would avoid this seller if possible.

Ordered phone on a Friday. Seller states that phone is defective and offers a replacement that would be sent the next day. Next day comes no shipping notification. Seller responds on Monday that phone is shipped via priority mail and provides tracking number. Fast forward to Friday (5 days later) and tracking still says that item has not been shipped. I suspect that seller did not have a replacement available and was stalling until they did. At least they were prompt in refunding my money when asked.

Terrible service. Bought phone in July, recorded locked phone, too a month to get a replacement.. also locked. FINALLY in September I got a what I thought was a working phone... Just to have the back of my Galaxy 9 plus LITERALLY COME OFF. THEY AREN'T SUPPOSED TO COME OFF. YOU SHOULDN'T SEE THE BATTERY. They originally gave me a $40 discount which I was content with for my troubles, but once this phone broke after a week of use they only refunded the remainder of what I paid after the $40. Which is fair, but now I'll tell you the truth about dealing with this seller. I will never buy from them again.

The s pen doesn't work

I bought a "Good Condition" Note 4, and received a phone that wouldnt even turn on.. I tried charging it, nothing happened.. The battery had a burn mark on it and on the inside of the phone where the battery sat.. The first few pictures they shared werent of the actual phone because the phone had a scratch across the front camera and the back camera was all sorts of scratched up which wasnt shown in the first few pictures.. As soon as i mentioned something they refunded the money and told me to keep the phone, which makes me feel like they knew something was wrong with the phone.. Luckily I got my money back but most likely wont be doing business with them again... The first few pictures made the phone look pristine.. the phone had so many flaws..

I purchased a phone a couple weeks or so ago and I took it to my Verizon store to get my old phone transferred over and all. When purchasing the phone it said it was a Verizon phone, and the Verizon worker did say in settings it was listed as being compatible with Verizon. But when we placed the SIM card and a new SIM card into the phone, at that point of switching things over, it said it was not compatible with Verizon and the card was not recognized. So I need to get a new phone. I'm going to search for a different phone, I just need to figure out how to return this one.

Did not receive all of the parts for the phone. Finally got to use the phone after three weeks. Completely understand things happen but in the future, I won’t order from this user again.

Note 8 was listed as having "very minor screen burn in" and arrived with the absolute worst screen burn in I've ever seen, huge color contrast patches visible with all colors. Screen pictures were not representative, didn't match my own pics. Reading their reviews, it seems they have done this before. Would not buy anything from them listed as having screen burn in. Paid my own return shipping and went longer without a phone. Refund was handled promptly, at least. Can't recommend.
