Received the phone within a couple of days and it looked brand new. Best Buy had this same phone for $800 and AT&T wanted $1150 for this phone; the prices on Swappa were significantly less. The phone was shipped quickly and on the date expected. All materials were provided as listed.

Device arrived mostly as seller described in a quick timely manner. Front and back glass had little to no marks, and the sides of frame were in near perfect condition. However, there was a small nick on the top left corner due to thin/little packing material. Visually the phone is near perfect on cursory glance, and functions 100% perfectly otherwise.
9.5/10 would purchase again from seller. Minus half star for packing material but I also acknowledge it could have been ship handlers error.

I got the phone

Phone came and is in new condition in my opinion. SOO glad I found this website and was able to buy a phone I knew would work for my Straight Talk service (unlocked phone). I didn't have any issues setting it up at all and only had to order a bring your own phone set from Straight talk in order to get my SIM card. I haven't had any issues with the phone at all, works great and camera is amazing. Thanks Swappa!
