Phone worked for about a month then the top and bottom of the screen stopped working. It started ghost tapping and blacking out.

I contacted the seller and they sent me a return shipping label. Upon returning the item they gave me a refund.

Bought this phone as a gift for my cousin. Phone worked for 2 days then won't cut back on again. Was planning on returning it back but he took it to a shop and got it fixed. Not sure how to rate this.. but I guess all is well.

Thanks for shipping the phone even with the Swappa-fault's wrong delivery address tied to my account. The phone seem in good condition, as described.

But "not thanks" for not making sure I would have no fees to pay (UPS say I owe them 124$ for brokerage fees...). I'm sure these fee could've been avoided on your end. You also could have just stop and contact me to see what we should do, if ou have no experience shipping to Canada. Instead, you just went ahead and told UPS to let the Receiver pay all necessary fees.

very difficult to hear and be heard without using a bluetooth headset. kind of annoying

Phone arrived in mint condition, but with some problems off the bat. Showed 100% battery health but phone kept shutting off, and volume buttons didn't work properly. Seller sent a return label and refunded my money, so all good.

Overall, not a bad seller. Unfortunately received first phone and it didn't work (My fault), and the seller accommodated me with a replacement. The replacement didn't work, so we ended on getting a refund. Only complaint would be that communication felt a bit slow, but the seller was nice and willingly to help me attempt to fix the issues.

Phone was practically brand new, it just had Ghost touch. But other than that it’s brand new and good product.

The phone looks great

Product was mint condition, as advertised. Images misleading because there was a stick on that looked like a screen protector and isn't. Seller uncommunicative and impersonal through entire post-sale process.

Beautiful phone, definitely worth the money and is compatible with my carrier. The mic is a bit of issue but if the warranty can fix it that will be great.

Wish they would have included a cord that works with the phone.
