This item is not unlocked like it was suppise to be. I need to return it.

Phone did not have an Apple battery and died within a few months. Then the screen stopped responding to touch. Sent back for refund but was denied. They DO NOT have a 100% guarantee as they did not back up the sale of this phone. Avoid this seller.

The phone screen starts to go black over time

It works fine except for the screen clicks on thing by itself and it was poorly put back together And the whole LCD has popped off the frame of the phone

About a week after phone came, ghost taps started happening

Was first sent a defective device. Took about a month to return it and get a replacement. Replacement was not the correct unit (ordered a factory unlocked phone and received a AT&T unlocked phone the second time). Seller did try to make things right with over-nighting the replacement but that was only because I received no contact for about a week after being told it was sent (and wasn't).

The phone does not work. It is just restarting over and over on the charger.

Item not as described. Phone listed as 32GB, but was only 16GB. Slow communication. Received a refund, but I had to pay for return shipping.

Phone is having issues. Speaker doesn’t work
