Fast shipping and phone was as described. Nice condition.

Device was not as described. Seller took his time with the refund. Original shipment was quick, and 1 out of the 3 items I received was as described, 2 of them returned. Seller became unresponsive on the PayPal claim, but after contacting him on Facebook, he became responsive and answered my questions promptly.

Sail got the phone to me on time and in great condition, I wish I could say the same for the usps. I am very pleased with the purchase and will use swappa again.

I received my device about 8 days after ordering. However, the seller didn't mark the device as "shipped" until 5 days after I placed the order. Otherwise, it would have been 5 star rating. The device is in great condition - mint - as promised.
