Phone as described by seller. Shipping was a bit of a hassle, the package was held up at the post office and almost returned because of a bad address on the sleeve. The phone came in a single sleeve lined with a layer of bubble wrap with minimal protection. It was fine, I would just be worried if the shippers were not so careful. Otherwise, a stellar, cheap used phone that works well so far! Thanks ill be buying from you guys in the future!

So I have the phone and it works fine. I was wondering if you can contact att and tell them to unlock the phone. I tried but I don't have the phone number to the phone so they won't let me. It will be a great help!

Very well packaged. Delivered quickly. Product as advertised Everything seems works fine, but I have not been able to yet to test calling. I need to get a hold of an AT&T sims card to test thoroughly (personal problem).

The device looks very new and clean. However, there is a problem with the speaker during calls. I can't hear anything on the other end of a call unless the speakerphone is on.

I'm happy with the phone, and everything was as described. However, shipping was a bit slow (6 days to get from Chicago to Detroit), and I really didn't feel comfortable that the phone was shipped in an envelope with bubble wrap. A small box would have been more appropriate.
