Well finally got this situation resolved. The phone was received with a replacement screen which was poor quality. I offered to keep the phone, pay for a new screen for $60 done locally and the seller Sail Phones would agree to cover approximately 50% or $30, minus the PayPal fee they covered $28. The screen was replaced by the local repair shop and the phone is as good as new. Overall, it cost me more money than I wanted, the hassle greater than it needed to be. Sail Phones, handled things well; however, I felt they should have covered 100% of the replacement screen I paid for vs. only 50%. Still a happy ending, but only because I bore the burden of making it this way, finding the issue, proposing a solution, paying for the solution and now closing out this sale with this post.

The real deal!!! What you see is what you get at fair fair price. Would buy again in a heartbeat. Thanks again !!
