Phone had a minor discrepancy from what was advertised but Michael was very prompt with a solution. Very happy with the phone, overall in better condition than expected for the price point. Communications were quick and attentive when I wasn't texting him at 3am. Shipping was prompt and the package was insured. Phone was packed tightly, box marked as fragile. Would have preferred battery removed prior to shipping but it's a negligible gripe when all things are considered.
